Skid plate is now gone

I bought my 21 TRD Sport in October. The engine skid plate was loose so I tightened it up.
The plate is now gone!!!
Has anyone else had this problem?
What is a good replacement?

Is there a skid plate that doesn't require the air deflector to be removed and allows access to the oil filter?

 

Oil change place took it off and didn't put it back on. Now it's gone. I'm beyond pissed off. I will change it myself from now on.

Oh hell no- I’d be in there demanding they call and order me a new one immediately. Have them call the local dealer, order it and tell them that since you no longer trust them, you want them to pay for the dealership to install it properly

 

This implies so many things...fell off while driving, stolen, etc.

Completely different scenario than initially described.

I will have the dealer install it and get OEM. I won't accept anything else!!!

 

They admitted that they don't always put them back on. WTH? I know I tightened it up and checked it to make sure it wasn't loose.

 

I guess I haven't decided yet

 

RCI is the best skid in my opinion.

 

Get the OEM TRD skid plate, it's a quality product and it fits like a glove. Also no more pulling the tin foil skid for oil changes!

EDIT: And change your own oil if at all possible. Who knows what other people are doing under there, and what oil and filter they are using.

You have to scroll down only to see he went to get an oil change and it wasn't reinstalled.
