Didnt get the premium package because i was worried about getting ejected from the sunroof in a rollover.

Now its winter and my ass is cold.

Any easy options for seat warmers? I dont need anything fancy or OEM looking. Just seems a little dangerous to drive with a heating blanket plugged into the cigarette lighter.

Run a heating pad from your bed outlet to your ass, I just bought a heating pad and i thought about do this during my ill delusional state with kidney stones. I would defently do this if I was not feeling good and had a long drive ahead of me.

Amazon has a 12 volt heating pad, for the car seat, that plugs into your cigarette lighter thing. It's about $25 and get's mostly good reviews. That seems like a simple solution for heated seats.

Just search Amazon for 12 volt heating pad for car. This is the one i mentioned: Trillium Worldwide - Heated Car Cozy Travel Pad.

"Think this is a fire hazard?"
It's made to use in a car/truck. It shouldn't be a fire hazard. But I read one review that said it caught on fire.

I also avoided the premium package due to the issues I had with my previous vehicle with similar features, including heated seats that didn't do jack squat.

I opted for heated Wet Okole seat covers. I've always used their covers, and their heaters get nice and toasty. They do have to be plugged into the cig lighter, unless you want to custom wire them to a switch.

I like to keep a roll of raw cookie dough in my glovebox to keep me warm.
