Almost a year and a half ago I bought a Tacoma from a customer that was hit in the front really hard and was on the way to the junk yard. When we got the truck It only had 64000 miles on it and now its at 100,000 miles most of those miles have been off road in Baja

The frame was really bent bad so I thought I could build it to use as a prerunner in Baja for our race team. But after a week of frame repair and new control arm mounts we could get it to hold an Alignment that was drive able so we decided to build a go fast overland rig that we could use as a prerunner, a chase truck for Baja races and overland camping rig.

    The first build......
We first in stalled a Total Chaos long travel kit in the front with Fox shocks
The rear go a used Giant Motorsports link killer spring under kit with a used E locker axle that all came out of a Tacoma that we did a 3 link on.
Fox 3.0 rear shock out of my old race truck the rear has 19" of travel
We installed some Advance front fenders and rear bed sides.
Race line wheels and 35"BFG KM3
sPod to run the lights and ARB fridge
    BAMF Sliders and RTT rack
    Tepui Tent

Then it got a custom front bumper with an old Warn power plant winch with built in air compressor.

We also use it as a prerunner and a chase truck for races in Baja like the Baja 1000 so we installed a Premier Power Welder

And last summer I moved up to 37" BFG KM3s

Here is some pics of the build and some trips

Here is the spare tire mount for my 37” spare I’m building. It uses the stock winch to lift and lower but it has 4 wheel studs to hold the tire on.

I might have to steal part of your idea for the spare tire. Keep up the good work.

About time your on here. Thanks for the great work on my truck doing the regear. I'll hit you up soon for the Marlin brace, spindle gussets, and shock relocate. Still looking forward to the tubbing on your truck, this one? I'm not rubbing at all on 35s near my firewall, but still have only done some moderate wheeling since putting them on. If I rub I'll be reaching out to you to tub.

You should pop in on the Nor Cal threads. I don't want to clog up your build thread.
