Hey folks, I searched for this topic and it came up with no results, I’m surprised I’d be the first to post this, so if I’m not, please enlighten me with a link.

Recently purchased my 2016 TRD Off Road… and well, I’m looking to upgrade the seats already… mainly for the lady in my life. I’ve looked at the seat jackers, and spacers, and I saw a post about adding some foam to raise the seats.

My question is, are there any after market seats out that that anyone recommends for the taco that are more comfortable and also compatible with the heated seats?

I have no recommendations but I would think the airbags in the seat would be a bigger concern when changing then than the heated option. Have you thought about looking into the power seat option from the newer trucks?

Yep, I checked with them, and they don’t have any for the Tacoma that works with the heated seat, spoke with a customer service rep to confirm.

Just a thought, but have you tried a local auto upholstery shop and see if they can do something to customize your OEM seats and make them more comfortable for you?
