Seat heater install - Need help!

I plan on installing seat heaters and Clazzio seat covers this weekend. Unfortunately the seat heaters didn't include instructions and my attempts to locate them on the interweb has proven to be unsuccessful. The seat heater is the Install Bay IBHS3.

If anyone has instructions they can send me that would be great!

Other questions that I have:

1) Do I install the heating element between the factory seat and the new Clazzio cover?
2) Best place to mount the heat switch? Do the spare locations near the USB connection pop out and allow me to install the swich in the kit?
3) Best place to wire the hot/neutral? Looks like there are two red, one black and one yellow wire in the harness. (again I don't have instructions).

Any other advice is greatly appreciated. I apologize for the questions. I just want to make sure this is done correctly.

But just stick them on the underside of the clazzio not to the seat fabric.
