I was taking off a sticker on the driver side window. I made a small scratch during the process. I tried buffing the scratch out. Only made more scratches. Now I have a patch of scratches. I used toothpaste, that didnt work now the scratches are highlighted because the water doesn't bead over the scratches. I tried wiping some lube over it to get the tooth paste off. That didnt work and it created a haze patch. This has been a huge nightmare please help.

Take it to one of those places that replace and repair windows. Safe light and such. Tell them what you did. They’ll tell you if it can be repaired.

glass can be polished but it requires dedicated polishes, pads, and a rotary buffer/polisher. you need to stop trying to DIY this one and turn it over to a professional. If the scratch from the sticker removal is as deep as I imagine, you will have to learn to live with it. the rest can likely be repaired but I can assure you with 95% certainty, you have neither the tools or skills to DIY.

Is this the inside or outside of the glass?

I find it hard to believe that toothpaste scratched the glass enough to be hazed. And what did you use to remove the sticker that caused the original scratching? You should easily be able to remove a sticker with a razor blade and not scratch the glass at all.

It was one of those security stickers, the razor scratched up the inside of the glass a lot. its not deep at all. but its noticeable when sunlight shines on it.

At this point, I would put a new sticker over it so you won't have to look at the scratches.

Try buffing with a wax. Seriously it can fill them. Also makes your window hydrophobic. Used to do it on my 1984 bmw.

There were two security stickers, I think there were scratches before I took it off thats why the old owner had security stickers, where can I find another sticker? and this scratch is 1/3 of the way to the middle of the glass so it looks funky if there was a sticker there

I would rather my windows not be hydrophobic because the scratch is practically invisible when there is any sort of water on them

Do you have any pictures of the damage?

I'm guessing you may have scratched the window tint film and not the actual glass. Glass typically would not scratch anywhere near that easily. I use razor blades all the time on the glass of our vehicles to remove a sticker, tree sap or even just do a really good "deep" cleaning. Although I would NEVER use it on the interior because all my windows are tinted and the tint is applied to the interior of the glass.

I posted a picture earlier in the thread. Im assuming I might have scratched the tint. I did a deep clean. how do I fix it?

Oops, didn't even see that pic. But it's not in focus anyway so hard to see what exactly the damage is like. If it's in the tint then your solution is easy - just replace the tint. It'll be cheaper than replacing a window.

Cerium Oxide is the polish for glass. Carpro has a ready to use version called Ceriglass others do as well. Usually this would be used to clean up years of wiper marks or other stuff on a windshield. Otherwise trying to level glass to remove scratches with it is almost lost cause, it can be done but as mentioned you pretty much need a rotary and rayon pads.
