Rekon what a scooped hood would cost from a reliable body shop? I mean the complete job, paint, install & all. I don't mind aftermarket, as long as it fits, functions, & looks like OEM. Just wondering if anyone has checked.

Probably around a grand. Non OEM goods are around 350, plus paint and labor.

My local junkyard has online pics of vehicles that come in. I saw a 2002 4Runner with factory scooped hood come it (would fit on Gen1 Taco). I went two days later to get it but the hood was long gone, lol. Also the wheel center caps were already taken as was the steering wheel and column, badges and some other misc stuff.

I guess people are really after those scooped hoods.
