    6 inch lift. 35's.
I recently installed a 3 inch front 2 inch rear lift on my 2011 because the truck seemed very low to the ground. Now after after the lift which netted me 4 inches front and 2 back. I'm sitting at just above stock. Will the factory suspension sag this much in 100k miles?

Current center of hub to bottom of fender numbers..... Front 22 rear 23.5

I want to go taller with a DB lift and am thinking about 6 inch to make up for the sag. Netting roughly 4 inches all said and done. Running 285-75r16

Yes it’s possible your leafsprings have gone flat an at 100k if your still running stock front shocks might be a good idea to get them replaced.

10-4 I haven't looked for front springs yet. Anywhere in particular to buy from?

Not sure about the leaf springs, maybe I could get mine replaced through recall?

It sounds like you installed spacers on your stock suspension, not a lift - if that is the case, yes, it will settle, especially with high miles. While it shouldn't take you back to stock, I would always recommend doing a true lift as opposed to a spacer lift.

The truck will see 95% pavement, I don't need a $3k setup. I've built and wheeled many jeeps in the past and high dollar suspension isn't needed here in GA for my type of wheeling.

The spacer lift if only 700 miles old.

I'm in no way recommending a "high dollar lift" but rather a budget, true lift, as opposed to spacers. The spacers will only further stress and fatigue an already worn out suspension. I would expect it to hold up longer than 700 miles, but the tape measure says other wise.

Where do you want more lift? Front? Rear?

Also, with 4" of lift in the front, I hope you got new UCAs...

Just a heads up, the leaf springs were a TSB not a recall. AKA you'd have to pay for it out of pocket if you want those done. In that case I would either buy an AAL or maybe look at Ride Rite bags for the rear. Bilstein 5100's are a good option for shocks. Fronts are ride height adjustable so you can level out that rake.

The Toyota leaf springs are shit to begin with. No sense in replacing shit with shit. I wish they would offer cash towards better aftermarket replacement leaf springs. That's what will make all of our Tacoma's suspension better; at least in the rear.*

    * - Speaking solely to those daily drivers and haulers. I fully understand that there are better options than a simple SOA or SUA.

Bilstien 5100s are not that expensive. Keep your blocks in the back or maybe an AAL which is also pretty inexpensive

Would the 5100s be better than my spacers?

I dont see why you couldn't. I bought my truck new in 2010 I had the leaf springs done under the recall (the harsh ride thing).. Then I brought my truck into the dealership in 2016 for an unrelated issue and they said 'hey theres a leaf spring recall, want it done?' I'm like sure, why not? Same dealership too! 2x new leaf springs in 8 years!

If you consider the ride rite bags as an option I just installed them on my truck a week ago. The bag kit and compressor kit was $560 out the door from SDtruck springs .I really like them for hauling stuff but you will have a stiffer ride, even at the 5 lb. air minimum.

Ya, I don't think I'd like the air bags. I'll try the dealership for new leafs and look into buying new coils for the front. After watching an install video if a DB lift..... F THAT! I'm extremely handy but doing the install without a hydrolic lift would be terrible.

    Dennisi01-thats great about your leafs!

Yeah, you’re right about installing a D/B lift would be a challenge in your garage or driveway. I had local shop install mine for $650, his biggest issue was the realignment. Third alignment fixed everything... rides nice and tracks Good, no problems a year after install.

Replace the leaf pack, front nt coils, and shocks and ditch the spacers. You are also going to need UCAs to get a proper alignment.

(I know it's been said but it seems like you didn't see the posts or didn't really come here open to recommendations to fix your ill advised budget lift)

I'm currently running "stock" suspenion with the toytec spacer and AAL along with some 2016 trd off-road shocks from a friend and I have to say that my ride quality sucks when paired with my M/Ts, but the good news is that my whole new set up is on the way. Bilstein 1500s on all 4 corners, ebiach springs up front and the Dakars in the rear. A setup like mine would be perfect for you I would think.
