For the most part I think it's a trend they'll grown out of as they mature and find a way to survive on their own as they age. But, then I'm the guy who buys his cloths by the pound...the cheaper the better so, "fashion" really isn't my thing. That said, I guess I don't know anyone I consider successful wearing their cloth that way.

Some areas have enacted laws against it. With existing public indecency laws already in existence it seems to me those laws are just more inappropriate government involvement so I fundumentally disagree with that take.

This pants around the knees shit has been around way too long. Age takes care of it. Your pants will naturally get higher. Look at Clint Eastwood. So, I believe when these gangsta's get old, their pants will be at normal waist level while the rest of the geezers zip up just a few inches below the neck.

Saggy pants, skinny jeans, all the same mentality. Just a way to be different from the "norm". As already asked, who cares?

Stupid but don't care..I can finally pull my pants up normally since I lost weight but either way I never wore them this low and not intentionally either.

I tend to sag my pants a tad, but nothing overboard like in the OP photo. Only jeans and khakis/cargos. Dressing for work and in a suit, no sagging at all. Sagging was just a style thing that gets overblown like all trends. I am a product of the 80's and 90's, so my dressing style kind of stops there. lol

I will NEVER get into some skinny jeans. And to see the mix of trends with sagging skinny jeans is just ridiculous.

I voted for all three because they were checkboxes instead of radio buttons :D

But really, I DGAF how you dress. You want to sag, go for it. Tight jeans, f'n rock em. You aren't bugging me at all.

Can't stand sagging. I tell the kids at work I'm going to tie a rope from their back belt loop up to their neck. Don't really like talking to guys in their underwear and I've yet to see a hot chick sagging.

    Absolutely Stupid!!!

Everytime I see someone with their pants like this, I wanna pull them down all the way just to embarrass the crap out of them. But then again...they'd probably love it.

Dudes?? How are the ladies supposed to check out your ass when your pants are sagging like that? Did you know....girls really enjoy checking out a nice set of buns in a nice pair of jeans? :D

How the hell do they shop for pants? Does pant size even play into the equation anymore? Would they go into the dressing room and try them on and say..."Oh, those fit" (I just don't get it - LOL)

I have seen females around here wearing saggy pants. I get a kick out of seeing the guys wearing them down to their knees and grabbing their crotch area to keep them falling down and walking bow legged.

That's only because they literally can't pull their pants up. Too much apple bottom and muffin top!! LOL

But seriously...Have you ever seen a skinny chick with sagging pants?

I don't get all the fuss about how someone wants to dress. When I was a kid (60's) long hair got the same reaction as people are giving these kids. People gave me shit about being a long hair hippy freak, but I was just doing what was fashionable. I look at these kids and think WTF if it floats their boat who am I to have an opinion?

I don't wear mine that low, but I hate pants at my waist. It's just uncomfortable to me. I let them sag some, but not to the point where they fall off.

This just about sums it up.

I guess when people finally grow up they get to wear "big boy" pants. Until then this is what they wear.
