60" is too short for a taco I would imagine but ruffstuff is a great company to deal with. I bought their DIY one ton steering years ago for an XJ and it was beef.

1.75 x .12 should be plenty for sliders, that's what my RCIs are and they've held up great.

The material they use is pretty much industy standard for rock sliders, but as mentioned above they are too short for a tacoma. For DCSB or AC, you’ll want at least 80” (I build mine to 83-84” for a little more coverage). DCLB is about 96” end to end.
If you’re looking for a diy kit, 4XInnovations makes a pretty affordable one.

BAMF has a diy kit developed as well but they’re having some shipping issues that are being sorted out before they start selling them again.
