Ruff Tuff Special Ops Package Seat Covers

So I finally splurged and went with Ruff Tuff Seat Covers (Soft Touch/ Quilted Inserts/ Special Ops Package). It was pretty spendy buuuuut, very comfortable, and the pouches, Molle webbing, and rifle slings on the back is extremely useful. Worth looking into if you're willing to spend the extra cash. I've had them on for about 3 month now and they are holding up and breaking in quite nicely.

 

No offense, but you posted them in three other seat cover threads. Why create a new thread on top of those?

Yikes, $500 for just the front, and no AR cover, the fit doesn't look like it commands that price imho, however, photos rarely do things like this justice. I think the molle stuff on the back is neat.

 

yeah the molle package added quite a bit of $, they did break in a lot better after a couple months and now they fit and look better. Just wanted to share in case people are interested in Ruff Tuff, great quality leather and craftsmanship but yeah pretty damn spendy

 

Is it leather? I didn't see real leather as an option and that has the fake leather shine. Not sure the craftsmanship is that great. I saw quite a bit of bunching and looks like the side seat bolster is fastened with velcro. I do like the molle package. No trying to bash your product, but I think it could be better considering the price.

 

I actually dig the look of the leather. But it cracks me up, looks like lots of high quality stuff and you've got a sightmark optic

Back in the 70's I had some Mex neighbors with diamond tuck in their Impala's. I guess it's coming back.

Fuck it, I like it. A little too Tacticool for me and I find the use of Molle overdone, but I like what you've done to your interior overall even if it isn't my style.

It’s not bad looking. I have Blue Ridge Overland Gear molle on the back of my passenger seat. It fits tight and blends in pretty good and it’s well made. I need the space in my cab.

 

Do you have any 3 month later pics? How easy are they to remove?

I hate to break it to you, but it is not real leather. This is straight from their site -

The up side it that it will last forever. The down side is that it will be blazing hot in the summer and you will suffer the nastiest case of swamp ass as you glide back and forth on your cushion of sweat every time you turn the wheel.

If they go on and come off easy, they look like a good product to throw on when you are going out to play, but that price for vinyl is a touch high.
