I have a set of Falcon T8 Seekers wrapped in 265/70/17 - went up only one size from stock tire and running a 2 inch Toytec/Eibach Coilover lift up front. Still rubbing hard on the cab mount at almost full turn - is there a solution aside from a CMC?

Dude, the Seeker's are a -38 offset. Those stick out 2.68" further than the OE wheel. I'd suggest a CMC or going with a different offset wheel. +4 to 0 offset would not leave you with any rubbing.

Alternative is spending ~$800 on new UCA's to give yourself +4° caster to hopefully pull it forward enough to clear the mount. No promises it will work with the tire sticking out that far with those wheels but worth a shot...

So would a 17x9 with 0 offset correct the rubbing or is the 9 inch width a problem also?

Unfortunately in my area there aren’t any shops performing a CMC.

This will put the tire closer to the UCA and will most likely rub there. You might be able to get a 17x9 with -6 or -12 offset to work if you work it just right.

Where are you located? CMC or cab mount relocation is what I would do first. Really anyone with welding skills can figure out this mod. My local welder did, ha. Even made his own relocation brackets. Next you're looking at upper control arms. This is IF you want to keep the T8's.

Otherwise, might be easier to sell them and get another set with a different offset.

So 17 x 9 with -12 offset will work rather than 0 offset?

I am in Portland, Maine. Called a few shops and no one has performed any - one guys said he could probably so it for closer to $1,000 though so at that point I rather shop for new wheels and try to sell these.

That is the size that I run with my Methods -12. My tires are 285's though and I still rub at full turn on hills. I did the cam mount relo and I have JBA upper control arms.

You gotta look better. Maine is full of 4x4 dudes and fabricators/welders. As long as you have a picture of the example of a CMC, any decent welder should be able to do it.

Jesus, is this really a "Friday post?" ha. My CMC the first time was $150 and it was his first, ha. Another $150 when I had him to the relo. I'd keep calling around. No way it should cost more than $300? in my opinion.

I’ve called 10 and only one said he could attempt one but at $1,000 id rather buy a new set of wheels.
