Ooh. Interested. How do I get this to work in my 2001? I don't see a plug that big behind my kick panel

I think there's a harness involved but i've heard the factory put these in several places not just the kick panel

Do you know anything about the install process? I just started thinking about adding it to my truck an hour ago

Honestly no...I bought this several years ago with the intentions of installing it...put it in the garage and forgot about it until cleaning out old truck stuff after I sold my 02

I'm currently reading a thread from 2010 that I see you posted in. Looks like I'd have to get a harness from somewhere that may have been discontinued by Toyota?

Is what you have the keyless alone? Or does it have an alarm as well?

Should have the theft warning according to the part numbers

It doesn't have the glass break sensor with it

All I really want is keyless entry and a panic button

This will handle that if you can source the harness. The remote has a panic button on the back side

From what I see in that other thread, the harness is very very hard to find.

I actually don't think this module would even be compatible with my truck. I think it is the RS3000 that I would need, not the 3200
