Initially I was going to just use spacers but seems like a lot guys in this forum have had issues. I know these are probably on the low end but I barley go off road and just don’t want more problems or a shitty ride.

I don't see any lift for the rear there. The rear shocks will not lift it, you need either a block, add-a-leaf or full replacement springs for that so you can plan on spending between $75 and $600 or so to accomplish the rear lift. For around $1100 all in you could put together a decent system using Bilstein shocks and a good AAL for the rear or if you went with a block in the rear closer to $900. Don't forget you're looking at a good $150 for the alignment afterwards and might also need to do an ECGS bushing and swaybar drop in the front.

Your right I was either thinking a block or AAL with the sway bar drop. Hoping to stay away from UCA replacement. Thanks there is so much out there and so many choices and opinions as a newbie to lifts it could get a little out of control

@Dc101 I'm new to the Toyota stuff too but I've been messing with other lifted trucks and Jeeps since the mid 90's and a lot carries over. I think you'll be a lot happier spending a little extra for better stuff. My only complaint with Bilsteins I've had in the past was that the road salt corroded the bodies quickly. I'm either going to clear coat mine or use Fluid Film on them every fall and spring.

Better than a spacer lift, not as good as a mid coilover lift like Bilstein 5100s. My friend has them on his first gen Tundra and has had zero complaints.

The shocks do well enough without any heavy offroading. OP, I recommend getting the M1 coilovers instead and pair them with the N3 rear shocks. The M1s are comparable to a front Bilstein set up. I've had mine on for over a month and the ride is better than stock for me.

That’s a good idea thanks. Do you have a block spacer in the rear? And did you have to change anything else UCA, differential, sway bar?

Yes I currently run a 2 inch block in the rear. Hopefully switch to a leaf pack soon. No other changes made to the UCA, diff, etc. One thing to keep in mind is the bushings in the rear shocks are wider than the rear install hole. Just shave them down a bit and you won't have any issues.

Do not get the N3 shocks. They are the "Budget" option shock. Like someone above go with the M1 series or V2 at a minimum.

I have the RC 2 inch with the block and it's perfectly fine for me . I don't off road, but I do deal with a lot of potholes and rough roads in Philly. The ride is what you pay for. I have an SR so the original suspension wasn't anything to write home about. I have about 15k miles on the lift and so far no issues. Slightly better ride than stock. Very happy with it.
