Roof Rack (OEM) with Off Road Lights

Hey guys, im thinking about putting on some off-road lights, or LEDS on the top of my roof rack, but I want to use it in conjunction with my current OEM Roof Rack I have on now. I know I've seen a picture on TW here somewhere with that setup. I cant remember who had it and how they did it. anyone come across that and or can throw in some info to help me.
and is this even possible without getting a Baja rack or something ?

What you can do is get a single Yakima bar that clip on the factory rack and modify some lights to mount on there. That way it's removable in case you need the factory rack for hauling.

 

I have seen these with a light bar run through the middle. Looks pretty good. Check into something like Rigid Industries or a similar LED light bar mount.

 

Check out Sierra Expeditions. They have been messing with a roof mount for a large LED light bar. I'm not sure if it can be used with the factory roof rack but it uses the same mounts so with the ingenuity, I'm sure you could get it done.

 

horrible iphone picture because of the sun glare but you'll get the point. 40" bar mounted between the factory rack. Built two brackets that bolted to the factory rack in the front so the rack is still usable.

i can't figure out how to make or get mounts. I have wanted to put my 40 inch on my oem rack so any help is greatly appreciated!
