I am looking for a Roll Bar/ Chase Rack that would not require any drilling to install, preferably compatible with a Tonneau Cover.

    Any recommendations?

A roll bar would be bolted to the frame some how. These are just bolted to the top of the bed so I guess they’re chase racks.

Thinking that is a roll bar can get you killed. Roll bars need to be tied to the frame, and they don't do a lot to prevent the front of the cab roof from caving in. For protection you need a roll cage. And if you're going that far a full harness.

Definitely not planning to do any rolling. Need it more for the looks than functionality.

No one “plans” to roll. But having a roll cage seems to embolden some.

Mount that on a beer can thick bedside with a Tupperware bed would be suicide not only that adding anything weighing in more than 10 pounds to it the bed sides will crumple.....if not from the weight of it alone

Now if anybody makes a cab cage worth a shit I'd be down for one

Have a race fab shop build a chromemolly interior roll cage for your Tacoma !! .something like a 8 - 10 point cage with door bars , windshield hoop , halo , kickers all tied to the frame and also strengthened with X braces

I had a NHRA legal 8 point chromemolly roll cage built for my Camaro a few years ago for $2500

A roll cage and harness is more dangerous in a road car than not having one.

No problem with my 9.90ET Cert 8 point cage in my Camaro , actually feel safer driving it on the street . Now a 25.3 cert cage that has a funny car cage round the driver I wouldn't feel safe driving on the street without a helmet

Cages and harnesses for sure have their place it's just not in a DD. You need a helmet and HANS for them to be safe. But I'm sure you know that already!

Well this thread sure went off the rails. OP wants a rack to mount lights and look cool, nothing more. He's not expecting it to provide protection in case of a rollover.

The OP said “roll bar”. Those of us with knowledge we’re trying to disabuse him of the idea it provided any additional safety.

But hey we’ve done the best we can. Maybe we won’t hear about him on the evening news.

When has what the OP wanted ever stopped these people from making it about themselves?
