Just wanted to check before I got everything tore apart after my return period was up :). I’m actually glad they aren’t the original welded design I like this design a bit better.

will do, once I get my coil overs ordered I'll start in on it, probably a month or so out... frame repair, full rear suspension, and full front suspension overhauls are in the works... I figure while it's down I might as well do it all at once :)

The adjustable UCAs you got are better in many ways, but unneccessary if you have a 0"-3" lift. They're really there for bent frames or such extreme lifts that you need to move the UBJ outward and possibly forward/backward. Like with mid to long travel suspension setups. You can still use them on simple to no lifts, but IMO it's a waste of money since they're there to adjust camber/caster beyond what the LCAs can do. The uniball UCAs are probably a better choice for you if you don't need anything like I mentioned.

SPCs are fantastic for moving the wheel forward in the wheel well, thats kind of the point.

I was able to max out the front cams in, and the rear cams out, this maximized the tire/body mount spacing and then all the alignment is now done on the UCA.

@CodeSeven I live in the midwest above Kansas City. Where I live winter road treatment on the roads I primarily drive is not conducive to uni-balls or else I would thought about them. I wanted a traditional style ball joint sealing (I'll end up treating and covering the coilovers with something so they don't corrode). I really wanted to put jba's on but I read about tire rubbing issues with different wheel offsets. part of the reason for going with SPC/Mevotech was the price point, I was in these for sub 450 shipped.

adjustability is nice for the reasons @ZColorado said above, I'll be honest I'm a little worried about there being too much adjustability with both lowers and uppers now have adjustments when I go to my local alignment shop. so I'm still trying to figure out exactly where to set these to start with.

Lift wise I'll probably be right in the 2-2.5 range when finished is my guess, I really would like to run 255's long term if they will fit. (first rig with IFS)

10-4. I didn't think about where you live and the road conditions. I live in SoCal so uniball UCAs would probably be much better here than where you are.

Yeah on my tj I ran straight heims for rear UVA’s they were almost a consumable in bad winters and they were kinda protected. Out where you are at I could see uniballs as a fair choice. The other day I was driving over so much road salt it looked like chatt gravel covering the road.
