Be curious how this would or would not affect those with the tune

OVT said that the OEM packs were stellar and robust. He called BS on another coil pack 'upgrade.'

I don't know how to really look at this. It just seems. Off.

Ya since I have the tune I would not want to mess with it without hearing what he had to say. They have spent large amountsof time working on it.

Gains seem nice, not often a vendor claiming gains like this posts a back to back dyno vid. That’s what everyone cries for is dyno and videos.

@trdpro_pugz on Instagram has installed them.

Maybe he will step up and do a review. The dyno results seem great for such a small easy mod. Even on 87 octane.

I’m skeptical. Seems a lot like the CAI or pedal commander “gains” people claim. I’ll stick with tuning.

here’s what mat had to say. There’s some more posts in the dev thread and turbo thread if you wanna read more.

I'm not understanding this. My truck runs on gasoline. Spark either happens or it doesn't. Adding more voltage, amperage, etc. doesn't make more power unless you are adding an electric motor or a Tornado throttle body spacer.

No one knows everything. Maybe they do give a gain. probably be more than a CAI! PC does not give gains, only feel.
People have been upgrading ignitions for year. If this product didn't work, do you think these guys would spend 2 years developing it?

It would make sense to me if the OEM spark is not fully burning the injected fuel and a "better spark" can burn more vapor....I would see that as a possible gain. Thing is, how do you measure/observe that as fact??? Seems like one of those things you really need a solid dyno and test rig to verify.

That happens with a lot of products. Time in development =/= product that meets claims

Places claim gains from all kinds of stuff, wouldn't be the first time. Places claim the same HP gains from a CAI and exhaust.

if you could install these, CAI and exhaust and get 30-60 HP, everyone would do it...but that doesn't happen.

I may be wrong and these actually do something, but im not gonna be the guinea pig to find out I got swindled outta $300 for a nothing burger
