Since I am a wiring idiot, what's the easiest way to wire these to come on with the reverse lights? I'm all out of blank space for switches in the cab.

Hey Rigid guys. Why is the SR-M2's more expensive than the SR-Q's? The M2's are smaller, has less LED's in them and not as bright. I just like them more because I think the size looks/fits better.

Not sure what you're looking at, but I'm seeing the SR-Q's with the higher price tag.

I'm not sure if the M2's are available in a kit. I didn't see any. Just the SR-M's

    Hey Rob,

With all the different options out there it really does get a bit confusing and actually overwhelming.
Thanks for reaching out and for keeping us in mind for your lighting needs!

In a nut shell the difference between our SR-M & SR-M2 or SR-Q & SR-Q2 series is simply a different optic family. Our Specter Optics are higher in price when compared to the Hybrid Optics.

SR-M features our Hybrid Optics with 2 LED's
SR-M2 features our Specter Optics with 3 LED's
SR-Q features our Hybrid Optics with 4 LED's
    SR-Q2 features our Specter Optics with 6 LED's (SR-Q2 Hyperspot contains 4 LED's)

Here is a simple graphic that breaks down our optics and the benefits of each family.

Here is a simple chart with how each optic spreads and throws:

Here is an older graphic but still accurate:

I hope this helped in clarifying.

Old thread I know, but here's my Rigid's in a Brute Force Fab bumper. Running them on a custom 3-way switch for on/off/auto use. Great for everything from setting up camp to making sure you don't take out a Ferrari in the parking lot at the office.
