I was lucky enough to get the last few sets of remaining stock on these IRONMAN 4x4 leaf packs from Toytec. Apparently, these are being discontinued in the US for some reason. I was about to pull the trigger on either a wheeler 3pack or Dakars but the $357 shipped price sold me. I couldn't find a single negative review on IRONMANs leaf pack so it made the decision easier. Install was easy and straightforward except muscling the new pack in. Ended up giving me 1" additional lift versus the OEM pack and 1.5" block that I was replacing.(2.5" over stock but will settle to the advertised 2" over time). Ride is simply amazing, much smoother than the blocks and with increase payload capacity. The questionable axle wrap 'clunk' I occasionally felt was gone!! If you can find a dealer with any remaining stocks on these, I would highly recommend these. Below are some comparison pics of stock vs IRONMANs:

Great to hear your review Wattapunk!

Hope you continue to enjoy the suspension!

Just wanted to clarify that these aren't being discontinued in the US. We are currently going through a restructuring in the US and during that time stocks might be tighter, but needless to say our products will continue to be made and available in the US.

That's reassuring since I am really pleased with these leaf packs. How much more load capacity should I expect with these springs vs. stock ?

Excellent to hear, I was under the impression that you guys were pulling out of the North American market as well. I pick up my Ironman leafs next week, can't wait to slap them on. I'm glad to hear people are happy with them, and not to mention they are priced right too!

They should take 20% more load than stock. So up to 200kg is a good amount, once you go beyond that you may start getting a bit of sag/lose some lift but it will still ride well.

It will depend where the load is in the tray too though, leverage also comes into play.

That's great to hear. I'm roughly almost 1" higher in the rear and hope it stays that way. I am really amazed at how soft riding it is unloaded. For the lower price of these IronMans vs. Dakars, I would choose these again without question. (although Dakars were my first leaf pack choice and many here loves them)

Just put some Ironman leafs on mine. It was loaded with RTT and all the gear and seems to ride much better, less sway and stays level. I got 3/4" lift over stock springs with 3 leaf add-a-leaf. loaded. I expect another 1/2' unloaded.
    Will report back.

Awesome to hear guys! I am about to pull the trigger on these myself. OP, are you running 5100's in the back? Also when you bought the leaf pack, were the bushings, bolts, etc. separate or included?

    Thanks!

    Update on mine-
I installed the 400# extra capacity ones. Unloaded, my truck rides like a Cadillac now. Smooth. Way better than the stock springs.
My springs came with bushings kit, but I have an upside down U-bolt kit so I brought my own U bolts. Also had the driveshaft angle adjuster spacer kit installed (can't remember the real name of the little kit)

How are ya liking those leaf springs? I'm thinking I have the same thing going on when I go over bumps in the road. Funny, I just read your previous post asking about these and found this after.
