Retro Tailgate Decals

Hey guys just wanted to post a shot of some retro Toyota pickup/hilux decals I threw on my 2014 single cab. It was originally debadged when I got it, but I like how it turned out. I remember seeing some threads on here from a while ago with similar decals and just wanted to add mine as food for thought in case anyone else is thinking about doing this in the future. Do any of you guys have non-standard decals on your tailgates? Feel free to chime in!

 

Looks good. I've got a 14 regular cab myself, I like the 5 speed decal as well.

 

I like them. I have seen a stylized retro "4 Wheel Drive" logo on Tacoma's occasionally and they look nice. Similar to what the older Jeeps had. Not sure what/if Toyota model they came on (older Land Cruiser?) so I can't find a pic.

 

I have seen this too. I could be incorrect here but I believe those old 4 wheel drive stickers came on earlier generation pickup/hilux trucks like the 5speed sticker I have.

 

What are the dimensions on that decal?

I believe it is 24” wide.

 

I agree. I'd like them either in the left lower corner of my 2nd gen or on the rear mudflaps in place of the "4x4". It's a retro look that would still look current today.
