I get a constant beeping when I exceed 70 mph. Truck is a 2016 TRD OR.

It's not the speed limit alert in Settings. There are no visual indicators. There are no aftermarket devices attached anywhere that I know of.

I've looked in the manuals, searched online, and searched TW for an answer. I have a hunch it's a simple fix, but I can't find it.

Thanks in advance for any input.

That is odd. First I've heard of that feature, and I have a '16 with all the bells and whistles. Subbing for a solution to your issue.

Its run through the gps in the radio, if you remove the maps sd card it should remove that, but also youll loose gps in the truck.

Im not 100% on this, but im pretty sure.

Hmm. Might have to try that. I don't use factory GPS, so it's really no loss. I would think that feature is something you could disable.

    Thanks for the tip.

The only place to find settings like that is Settings in the "multi-information display." All it does when enabled is change the color of the little speed limit sign on the nav screen.

However, as I was writing this reply, I remembered I have a dash cam. Guess where the beep was coming from. Didn't occur to me to check the camera settings.

    Feel free to virtually :smack:.

I know. One of those moments. I don't like asking for help on things like this because the answer is almost always something obvious. Last time it was a slightly loose battery terminal causing weird stuff to happen.
