This place can do from basic maintenance and oil spray for the winter to tundra steering rack swap (aka quiet complicated) and custom fabrication.
Lot's of tacoma owners taking trucks there.

McDermott Motors is fantasic if you're downtown orientated. James and John are awesome [Martin is back in Ireland]. Euro specialists - but they're extremely knowledgeable on most everything. They'll also pull up and follow your cars maintenance schedule [if you choose to follow it].

This guy's are new to me,, so can't comment much, it's where it's currently, to get undercoat and truck specific service. I have seen an overland truck there, I heard land rover guys go there, have seen a Toyota fj there too:
