Time to replace my spark plugs & I am aware of the videos out there, used to do a lot back in the day , but arthritis just might make this alittle too difficult. Opinions ? If not suggestions for a mechanic in Ct that can spare an hr. Dealer wants blood

Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.
It can be done DYI, but I understand you not wanting to do it with arthritis.

The passenger side is really easy. Only the front drivers side is tougher and tight on space. What is tough is unclipping the coil on that one, which may be difficult with arthritis since you have to contort your fingers to unclip it.

Maybe you could do 5 of them, and then hire somebody to do the 6th?

All shops are going to be high.
It's an easy job for those able.

This is going to be a weird suggestion.
Do you have facebook? If so, find your local group and ask there.
Anyone that's done them on these trucks, will probably do them for $100 if you provide parts.
But that means you'd actually have to trust them. Ask them if they drive a Toyota.....
If they do, They'll be fine.

You have grandkids in High School?
I bet one of there friends could do it.
It's really not a hard job.

How bad is the arthritis? This really isn’t at all a bad job, but there are some moments where you need to slide a hand or fingers in a small spot while gripping, if that’s painful or difficult then recommend a shop.
