LoadedTaco did an awesome video on replacing front rotors and pads. There doesn't seem to be any videos on replacing drum brakes, shoes, hardware etc.

I have found several YouTube videos that are helpful, but would love to have access to someone on the forum for this.

I don't know where to find a good video other than youtube but if and when you decide to tackle these yourself, do yourself a favor and ONLY disassemble and redo one side at a time. That way, you have the other side for reference when you're reassembling.

“ONLY disassemble and redo one side at a time.” Good advice.

Also while your there pull the boots back on the wheel cylinders and make sure they are dry inside, if fluid comes out they need to be replaced.

    These diagrams should help.
I stole the pics from @Jimmyh
His link to the adjustment for the rear brakes is below.

Remember to back the adjuster OFF before trying to remove the drum.
Don’t have the parking brake set.
Do 1 side at a time. Use the other side as a reference.

Pop the plug out to back the adjuster off.

Do the opposite of shown below to back the adjuster off.
(I do this because the drum may have a lip worn into it after 100k + miles. This lip can catch on the shoes if you don’t back the adjuster off. The adjuster is self adjusting AFTER your initial adjustment.)

    The adjuster is circled below.
You can also use this as a parts diagram / reference

Once you are finished be sure to adjust the shoes.

There are threaded holes in the drums that will except a 6MM bolt but you need to do everything you can to make sure the drum is ready to come off PB blaster etc. even a torch to heat around the axle. When my 2011 was new I removed the drums and coated the flange with anti seize knowing one day I would have to get them off.

Good advice on backing off the adjuster to help removed the brake drums.
