Hi... I just replaced my battery and now my backup camera won’t work. I have checked the fuses inside of truck and out.. all working fine. Looked for lose wires and found none. I put truck in reverse and the screen remains on my iPhone/audio... almost like the camera doesn’t realize I am going into reverse. I also disconnected my negative cable from battery for a few minutes, reconnected and then tried going into reverse again.. no changes on the screen. Any suggestions?

Do a search for this. A coworker had this problem and rebooted the head unit, which resolved this. Your's, being a 2015 probably has the backup camera in the mirror, like mine---so this won't work. If I remember correctly, there is a harness that can be unplugged and re plugged in--to correct this. I'll look around and see what I can come up with.

Is there a green light that is ON on the rearview mirror itself?

Hi... the camera is actually on my dash, not in the mirror. I had a cap put on the truck so the camera is no longer mounted in tailgate but in the cap. I did check the connectors from the cap and nothing loose. Would appreciate any help you are able to give. I overland and sometimes I have to turn around on some dirt that’s only one vehicle wide with a sheer drop off. Without having a spotter on most of my trips, my back up camera helped eliminate some of the butt pucker

I think, if you hold down the power button on the head unit for a few sec--it'll reboot the head unit and
the camera. There may be a default in settings that could be off as well.

You can test the voltage at the camera connector. If it's aftermarket, you should get 12v while your shifter is in reverse. You may also want to check your fuses. If you blow one, you may not get the reverse signal needed to turn the camera on.

Edit: Sorry - I see you checked the fuses.
