Wife and I might each want to take a rig just for fun so if that happens I'd have a seat open as well. Maybe one of you can experience the Jeep life in the Gladiator o_O

Anyone local have an opinion on the Falken Rubitreks? My Wildpeaks won’t last through the winter and I’m not sold on the AT4s (would buy AT3s again in a heartbeat. Liked them a lot.) Toyo AT3s would probably be my next choice for lighter, quieter, still good (enough) in the snow AT tires for Reno.

A new tire is not helpful haha. Good reviews on those. Will definitely put them on the potential list.

I just got a set of the AT4s in 255/85-16. Haven’t really taken them offroad yet though. But I did just drive down to the Lee Vining area and back and they were great on the highway.

I'll second this. I got a set back in April for my wife's 4runner. Some snow driving and 2 road trips and am really likening them.

I think the 255/85/16 C load is my next set. 255/80’s are only E load right now so I didn’t go the skinny route. But then I ended up getting 285/75 E load anyway

that C load will be welcome

In theory. I don’t know how it’ll be going from a wider E load to skinnier C. But slightly larger diameter and will save a few pounds each tire from current setup if I remember correctly.

my lazy ass still needs to get those UCA’s done so I don’t bump the cab mount. But I’ve recently barely used the truck for truck stuff so hasn’t been an issue. If I sold it I think I’ll regret it eventually tho so who cares. Life truck

Maybe I misunderstand what you’re saying but the AT4 255/85-16s are C load only.

yep. That’s my next set. The current at3’s have a 255/80 in E load only so I didn’t do the skinny route. Since there IS C load I’ll do that for the next set.
