Removing Windshield Wash Resovoir

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to remove the resovoir so I can install some HIDs. I removed the two brackets, but i still can't remove it. The bottom pump is still intact. How do I remove it so I can get access to my headlight? Thanks

 

I just don't know how to remove this:

 

Pull the wires from both sides where it is clipped into the wheel well. That'll give you enough room to pull the resivour straight up (there will be some resistance, as there is a rubber plug on the bottom). You will then have enough slack to disconnect the wire from the harness, and with the slack from the washer line, move the take you where ever you need to in the engine bay.

Removed my tank last week.

 

does it cause any circuit issues
