Not one button on the remote works.

Let's check power and ground at the Door Control Receiver:

    Pin 1 (White/Black) is ground
Pin 5 (Red) should have power at all times.

Yes, power at OFF,ACC and ON. Drops form 12.2 to 11.98V when switched to ON.

I don't really know what else to check other than wiring integrity between the Door Control Reciever and Body ECU, if that's good and your sure your remotes are good I don't see what else it could be other than a failed Door Control Reciever or Body ECU.

I'm assuming all other functions on the truck work (power door locks, lights, windows, etc)?

I checked the 4 wires going out as far as I could and they seem fine. We do have very poor roads here on Curacao so something ratted loose in DRC or ECU?
The problem occurred within a couple of days after the workshop resprayed my front passenger door. I went back right away and they removed the door panel and checked all the wiring but no loose wires/connectors there. I rechecked as well and could not see anything incorrect.

Could the problem have to do anything with that or is it all just a coincidence?

Did you ohm them out? Body ECU/Driver's side Junction/Fuse box connector diagrams below.

I guess it could have, you could take the receiver module apart and look for cracked solder joints.

I guess it could be but I would think the panic would still work even if the switches in the door weren't working properly.
