    Leveling kit, roll bar
    Anyone using a Limbsaver or Pachmayer recoil pad on an older 742 with a wood stock? If so, do you remember what part number it is? Looking to tame the recoil a little.

    Id like to know a part number too,have an older 742 carbine and i carry a 760 pump carbine for my woods guns..both 30-06.the plastic stock pad sucks !! really didnt want one you have to grind to fit.

    30-06, found a pachmayer decelerator that fits, will be good enough for sighting in but will come back off for hunting
