Does anyone here found a place to buy refillable wiper blades ?
I know none of the auto parts stores in my area sell them anymore but I want to start using them again instead buying whole new blade each time total scam by the auto parts.

You can buy the refills from Toyota and put them in your stock units. That's what I have done since I bought my truck in 12', plus the Toyota wiper refills are some of the best blades I have ever used.

There’s a company that sells them but many vehicle manufacturers don’t want you to know since they’d be losing thousands of dollars on wasted wiper arm mounts.

I use the aero voyager wipers, they come with one set of refills and you can order them from them. So far the have handled this rainy winter very well.

When I bought my truck it had aftermarket blades (which are junk, IMO). I bought factory blades and now when I need new wipers, I just buy the inserts from the dealer.

That’s funny my dealership told me that there not using them anymore. I assumed that Toyota was trying to get more money out of me. And I agree that the OEM blades are fantastic

I would like to go this route the next time I need to replace the blades: but the problem is the original holders are gone: Only the stock OEM hook wiper arms are still on my truck. (2014) It would be worth it to spend the money and go this route back to the OEM pieces. I always got good service and life from Bosch Icons on all of my vehicles, but they were approaching $30 each last time I checked. Thanks in advance

I was really searching for ones that used to go on basically all vehicles and you could just change rubber piece out on but these Aero Voyagers seems like a good deal compared to the BS auto parts stores sell you over 30 after tax !

~$13 for the factory wiper blade insert is a good price.

If needed, you can buy the complete wiper blade with insert at the online Toyota dealers for ~$21.

Which is a great price for a great wiper blade!

I switched to silicone when the new to me taco needed new ones. I managed to get over 3 years on the Piaa ones, and they were still pretty good when I swapped them out. The next pair I got Michelins from wally world, not as nice but they work.

The new OEM blades arrived today. They are high quality as expected. Lower profile than the Bosch Icons I have now, or the Sight Lines I had for a while. They are are still doing a good job so these will go on during the summer sometime. I get about one year out of a set before they start to chatter. Only marking is see on them is a small "NWB" stamped on the side of frame where they connect to the arms. Not really apparent how the blades slide off the frame to install new refills, but that's a long-ways off.
