Recommendations for Leer cap window seals?

I've got an old Leer camper shell on a 2000 Tacoma, and the state of its window seals=abject neglect. They need to be replaced, (and after spending the better part of a morning scouring Youtube, I think I understand the process...) but I was wondering if there were specific products or types of seals to use? Any other words of wisdom for this venture?

I would pull a window and measure the seal that is on there right now.

You should use a closed cell EPDM rubber seal for the window frame to the fiberglass. There are various bulb seals for different types of windows.
