Looking into getting a tonneau cover for my 2nd Gen 6'bed. What do you guys use/recommend? Looking primarily for a tri fold, but i'm open to all options.

I had a BakFlip. Worked great. Sometimes they will have a group buy for these. Good luck

I have a cheap eBay special roll up cover. For the price, I am pretty happy with it. It does a pretty good job of keeping water and dust out, and I can easily roll it up to haul large items. It was around $120 with free shipping.

Just an FYI on this. I called and spoke to this guy 2 different times. 1st call "I'm just sitting down for breakfast, I'll call you back".
2nd call " I'm going to dinner. I'll call you back".
Needless to say that didn't happen. Maybe someone else will have better luck.

WOW! That sucks. When I bought my F1 Bakflip, I called the guy on Monday and told him I would be driving up that way on Saturday to buy a Tacoma and would he hold it til Saturday. I told him I was buying the tonneau even if I didn't buy that Taco. He agreed. I bought the truck on Saturday and then drove it 30 miles and bought the Bakflip. I got it for $350.

I've got a Tonno Pro trifold. It was one of the first things I did to my Taco when I got it and after 3 years it's holding up well.

I bought truxPort rollup. Less than $250. I can use the side rail cleats. It is not affected by snow load, looks great and stays taught. There’s so many choices. Tip. When you decide to buy, call the people and talk to someone. You can get a better deal. I bought mine from auto anything. Easy to deal with and best price if you call.

Side note related to your avatar.

They came to our local track in 1970 while touring in the area prior to a regional points meet in Gainesville. Was fun to see big boys at the local track.

A couple of weeks later we set the E/S ET record at Gainesville. It only lasted a week, but hey. Not bad for kids in a gas station. :anonymous:

I've had an Undercover Flex for 2.5 years. Solid, dry, still looks like new. No complaints. I had one CS issue that was handled promptly to my complete satisfaction.

    None.
I bought my truck used and it had a roll-up cover from Lund International. The seams were coming apart and there was some sun damage on it. Despite the fact that the warranty stated it covered original purchase only, they sent me a new cover at no cost. It's not perfect but it was easy to install and I have to applaud the customer service.
