Hello guys . 6th Toyota truck however first gen 3 2016 trd sport . My question is . With a two inch rear block kit (lift) do you suggest replacing rear shocks ?? . I am also dealing with the the alignment of front end . Any suggestion on settings . My alignment shop says can only set to factory specs and I’m sure that will burn through tires . Thanks for any input

Many people dont replace the rears but I can tell you it going to ride like crap if you use the stocks on blocks.

Also take the truck to another shop if possible as stated above.

    Welcome to TW!
The stock uca's will limit the alignment specs to only really allow factory specs.

Two inch lift on the rear end? Consider extended rear brake lines.

Firestone told me they can only do an alignment on what’s “in the computer”. I put on PRO takeoff coil overs so I tell them to do a PRO alignment.

So I finally was able to get the alignment were it needs to go . I’ve ordered the rear shocks to compensate the rear two inch blocks . Now I have a drowning noise left front . 30-50 mph - felt in steering wheel ,and pedals . Not consistent with a rotational of tires however Sounds like a bad tire would with a (noise stop noise stop )pattern . Tires have 1200 miles on them with no chop .truck has 15k . I have 285/70 17 tires and Halo rims going on this weekend . But this noise bothers me . Any input note -started after lift was installed 3 inch front - two inch block back

Sounds like you may need a ECGS bushing for the left front side of your diff. This is a slight design flaw in the 8" clam differential. This seems to be a more of a problem after you lift because the cv shaft angle is steeper. The bushing cost $60 plus freight from ECGS. There is a whole thread about this issue. It's not entirely harmful so keep driving but if you put too many miles on you mat need to replace your CV axle shaft when you do the bushing.
