    Hello y’all,

I’m new here but have been reading up for a good while. There’s too many posts on rubbing and I figured I would ask my questions here and hope for some good info. I have a 2018 TRD 4x4 LB. Bilstein 5100’s front and rear. Front is at max lift and the rear has a 1” block which I plan on taking out and replacing with progressive leafs. I currently have spidertrax 1-1/4” spacers on stock wheels with 285/75/16 KM3 tires. I have noticed a little rubbing up front and I’m planning on fixing that soon. My specific question for y’all is do any of you experience rear rubbing when off roading with spacers and 33’s in the rear? I haven’t gone off road since buying the new size tires and would like to be proactive before hitting the dirt.

    Thanks,
    J

Get cmc done, alignment to max caster. And Chop until no more rub when wheels locked left or right. Also get durobump stops to keep from bottoming out. I also wouldn’t recommend you maxing out your ride height on those bilsteins.. they make for a shitty ride. Set them on notch “0”, then you will have a better ride.. promise you that. Other then that, you good. My truck on 33’s mt-01 falkens For your time and comparison

Edit: i also am running spidertrax wheel spacers 1.25”

Very nice truck! I’ll look into the bumpstops and resetting the ride height up front. Do you get any rubbing in the rear?

Initially I didn't have any rubbing on the street. Off-road, I only had some rubbing at the bottom part of the front fenders. That's with 33s. Now with 35s, I've trimmed the fenders considerably. Plenty of room now, front and rear.

Did you have spacers or wheels with an offset? My wheels stick outside of the fender and I’m wondering if they will tuck under flex or rub on the rear.

Both, actually. 4.5 BS wheels + 1.25 spacers. That, plus a 35x12.5 makes for lots of opportunities to rub. With a fender trim, I’m not even sure how the tires meet up with the fenders at this point, but I know that they don’t rub.

That’s a lot of frame flex between the bumper and body of the truck, either that or ur bumper was cut by a blind epileptic monkey haha.
