Does anyone have the breakdown of the rear axle handy? Did a quick google but really got no where fast.

Suspect I might have a bad wheel bearing.

Wow. That is an nice update to the PDF SM that floats around here.

I haven't seen it before, but it would be worthy of it's own thread?

So I have to ask what would be some signs of a bad rear wheel bearing?

Grinding, moaning, slop felt when rocking it vertically, grease flinging out, etc.

Wouldn't cause any type of rear vibes at all? I just went back to full stock with all new oem suspension, new tires etc. And after all is said and done I still have a rear vibe that gets worse the faster I go. I have a brand new oem drive shaft so it's not that. And it's not the tires as it was there with borrowed wheels and tires, and when it was lifted.

It could depending on the condition. Another way to diagnose is the vibes will usually get worse in corners for the outside wheel that is going out.

Wheel bearings will give lower freq vibes compared to driveshafts. Like you noted, a hum versus a buzz or whine.

Yeah I think I need a wheel bearing. Not sure what side yet. Maybe both.
Got some whining noise going on. Jacked up the truck yesterday and spun the rear tires, felt smooth, but that doesn’t mean anything.
Diff fluid was at bottom of fill plug and was clean up top, didn’t drain any of it. And carrier bearing has some play, but nothing abnormal I don’t think.
