My raptor lights add-a-fuse came with 5/10 amp fuses. I've watched videos with 10/10 or 15/10 setups. Should I remove the 5 for either a 10 or 15? Thoughts?

    Thanks all.

What is the current draw on your lights? If they are LED, I don't see the need to go any higher than the 5 supplied. And make sure the fuse you are tapping is a 10 and not a 20 or something higher/lower. Always match the fuse you are tapping.

They are LED. Honestly I don't know the draw because my truck is arriving later this month. I'm just prepping a few mods. But I've seen comments that some raptor lights draw less than 1 amp (not sure if I have the exact raptor lights though), but yet I see videos of people using 10 or 15 amps.

You don’t need the truck to know what the draw is. Hook an ammeter up in line with the lights and a car battery. But if the manufacturer of the lights sent a 5 amp fuse to use, use it.

    10 - 15 amps too much. 2A should work.
