Does anyone have any experience with the rago fabrication tailgate antenna mount. I've got a midland mxt275 and curious about where to route the cable for the antenna.

The cable should tuck in behind your taillight with just enough clearance. Then down to the frame and up to the cab. I cut a hole in an existing grommet underneath the driver seat and then filled it silicone. I mounted my CB in the center console so then it was just routing the cable under the carpet and into the console.

I installed mine a month ago following the main harness under the cab n bed to back of truck. Once I take some photos I’ll share em.
The wire come ups under drivers seat to under hard plastic under drivers door. Follows the frame up under dash to one of the knock outs for a switch.

Hey man so I have the rago mount on my driver's side and ran the antenna from directly under the driver floorboard under the cab of the truck close to the frame you will notice a rubber grommet that can be easily removed with a flathead screwdriver or prybar as well and will access into the side pillar when you open the door of the truck you will have to remove that plastic trim its a little work but all together took me about 30 mins to knock it out. Let me know if you need help or need pics which I can send you.

Awesome. I'll see what I can do in the next few weeks. My Antenna is on the passenger side but I can just run the cable across the rear bumper, no issues.
