I'm changing my radiator support bushings on the front end and the drivers side was a PAIN to line up to start, now the body wont sit back on the mount even with the jack completely removed?? The passenger side went perfect and now the drivers side seems messed up. I have to literally pull the body together with the bolt and nut? Any ideas???

I skimmed through some of your suspension trouble thread. Is there any chance your truck was crashed and the frame is bent?

Nothing claimed on insurance and the truck was clean on carfax when I purchased it. The owner said it was all good. I was rear ended a year or so ago but had no damage cuz the car went under and caught my hitch

I dont have any of it apart, I just went over the truck top to body after making sure things were tight, I also readjusted my whole front bumper and retorqued that and the fenders. Pulled both flares and replaced all clips. And finally did the radiator support bushings. Here is a pic of them on now but the drivers side still is pulling the body down to where it is suppose to sit.

Yea, seems to look ok in the pic. Maybe drive around for a day then re-tighten it. See if it just had to settle for some reason.

Did you install the passenger side first?

Try and back off the passenger side and then see how the drivers side sits when you back off on the nut. Then Loosen the drivers side. And once it is even go between and tighten a little on each side until you reach a balance between the two sides.

I left my washer on the top and it lifted my front end. Thinking about trying it with no washer on top and hopefully it's fixes it.
