My Dealership is telling me part #16400-75181 fits my truck. But when I search online it looks like 16410-0C032 fits but is discontinued..

    Any idea what fits?

Anyone use the Spectra or TYC on rockauto?

I really don't like the all aluminum ones.

They stopped making the oem ones for the manuals.....now the only sell the auto's..

    Which work for all....

However you can still hunt around and find that manual one....
you're just going to have to pay out the ass for it.......$400 vs $160 auto one....

If you continue to use a crimped top plastic radiator....just get use to replacing every 5 or 6 yrs...
anything longer than that, just consider it a bonus.

If you switch to an all aluminum one you cant use the asian red coolant any more....it reacts to the flux....

Last time I ordered a radiator from toyota dealer, they sent out non-oem part, so i returned & bought off rockauto… which was the same dealer sent out, but $100 cheaper

    38000 miles on my OSC.

I ended up with one for an automatic, you just don’t use the connections for the built in transmission cooler.

That's sketchy, I didn't think dealers were supposed to sell non-OEM parts, I've always just been told "sorry, it's discontinued". Makes me wonder if that particular one was trying to pull one over to avoid having to return your money.

I changed the one in my 02 a year ago, all the aftermarket ones were for an automatic none for a manual. But Toyota still had the ones for a manual and it was only about 30-40 dollars more than the aftermarket ones. There are a few dealerships on the net that will ship them to you at a much reduced price compared to walking in a local dealership. The closest dealership to me is one of those that ship and if i walk in the prices are the standard rip off prices but if i order it online and they ship it, i get a much reduced price. Someone might try and explain that to me but i am betting i would not understand the explanation!

At least for SEToyota, there is a replacement part # that supersedes this part # listed (auto), even if you order the original part#, they may send you the part # that supersedes it… and not refund you the difference. This is what happened to me when trying to order the auto trans one.

I specifically ordered the original part, which seemed in stock, but received the superseeeeding part, which is non-oem since the originals are no longer made.

When i called them, they did offer to refund the difference. But the replacement is clearly inferior to the original so I just sent it back.

Factory was plastic tank/ crimped and lasts 10-20 years. If you purchase a good quality one there is no reason it won't last 10+ years. Personally went with a Koyorad from rockauto and have over 10k miles on it with ZERO issues. Also didn't have to prematurely kill the rest of my cooling system with green antifreeze.

    Is the right pn.
Call your local dealer. Mine had one in stock in December and I was able to pick it up same day. Cheaper than the Napa one also which I would have had to order.

I ordered that radiator a week ago. Never got a tracking number and called today. Was told it was on backorder with no ETA. Called a bunch of different dealers, nothing. One guy said there were only 3 in the entire country. Camelback Toyota has one. The other dealers were telling me that 16410-0C032 would not fit my 5 speed anyways and was pushing the $400+ 16400-75181. I think I will just get the Denso 221-3138 and hope it fits my truck.

This guy seems to always have OEM parts ready to go.
I’ve never ordered from him. It’s in the 1st Gen Tacoma group on FB. 511C172A-6EA3-4066-97B2-51EEFF56331F.jpg
