I've changed my needle bearing into the ECGS bushing then the vibration started , didn't have it before ,just though to be in the safe zone and go for it , to be honest I'm regretting doing that , is it possible that my tacoma is manual 2018 access cab and the ecgs doesn't work on manuals?

The vibration starts at 30 to 60 then it goes away , I'm thinking of installing the needle bearing back again

Have you ruled out wheel balance? How high is your lift and how many miles are on the truck? Check driveline u joints and center carrier if you’re high mileage.

Done balancing, lifted 2 inches, + the vibration goes away on 4H , checked the drums , and wheel bearing+ u joint and center bearing checked and greased the front shaft

Interested to see how this plays out.
Sounds like the clam shell fix would have solved these symptoms.

Just checked my axle and there is a huge play in it I'm surprised it happened after installing the Bush, or it might just me chose a wrong Bush!! Or the mechanics screwed it when installation, ordered this bush Yukon Gear & Axle Yukon Cv Axle Bushing for Front Toyota 8" with Clamshell Design https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P83HNKC ill install it myself

It definitely works on a manual trans. I did the clamshell bushing on my '22 trd OR and gave had no issues. Could be something other than the bushing possibly? Maybe they put in the wrong bushing(not an 8")

Almost certainly an installation issue. Might have destroyed the bearing and/or CV shaft though.

Ok, let me get this corect.

You bought some unknown Vanshly brand bushing what a Yukon part number off of Amazon and had a mechanic install it. This one Sucked.

You then bought the Yukon bushing and installed it yourself. This one is good.

So you never had a ECGS=East Coast Gear Supply bushing?

has zero to do with transmission type. Most likely wheels, alignment, or if lifted it could be your driveline angles.

Get a cheap magnetic digital angle measure device of Amazon and check the angle coming out of the transfer case and the one coming out of the rear diff. If outside of 4 degrees you may need a carrier bearing shim which is cheap. Angles should match. If they don’t and differ by 1 degree it could be your driveline because it’s a 2-piece driveline and the carrier bearing spacing will bring the angles closer within range

So was it a bad/wrong bushing?
The ECGS (East Coast Gear Supply)
8" clamshell is what I used, and many others use, with great results.

that rear shaft seems like a lot. Mine was like 4.5. Have you thought about 3 degree axle shims? I did those and now my angle is like 1.4
