Going to be putting a set of 9SIX9 Six-1 wheels on and was wondering if others with these wheels are running standard splined lugs or if extended thread is needed with them. I tried their website but their "contact us" form link is broken. Waiting for word back from the place I bought from but I trust those of you with first hand experience more.

    Thanks!

I'm looking at these wheels too. Did you ever get them installed?

I did. You could likely fit a standard hex "acorn" type lug if it is a 19mm hex but I had already ordered a set of splined lugs. I'm not comfortable with the number of threads the lugs catch on the front so I'm debating whether I'm going to drill the wheels so the splined lugs with the short shank on the end will fit or if I'm going to get slightly longer studs. If I can find a stud that is maybe 1/4" longer than stock that would be the way I'd like to go. The wheels are off for the winter so I've got a little time to figure it out. 20230105_164232~2.jpg 20230105_164218~3.jpg

Thanks for your feedback. What size and offset wheels are those?

What did you end up doing? So strange that these would have so much extra flange to make it shorter. Maybe I dont want to pull the trigger on a set of these??

@need4gforce I've just been running it. It's not that these wheels have an exceptionally thick flange, these trucks have very short lug studs.

I used these. I don't run these wheels or lugs in the winter so I wasn't worried about them getting crusty because they're cheap.

I just ordered a set of Six-1 deeps. Hopefully they thread well.

Were yours the standard six-1 or the six-1 deep?

Mine are the standard ones. They thread OK. I'd like more engagement in the front but it is what it is.
