Right Arm was done in 2007, Left Arm Completed 2 weeks ago. Both Arms add up to over 80hrs Combined. All Ink done in Phillippines...

 

what made you get it done in the PI instead of state side? Nice work and truck.

 

Cant beat the price, $800 per full sleeve. I've been deployed twice to the PI, so I figured i keep busy while there.

 

Wow I guess if you were sure of their sterilization thats a great deal, I paid about 2K including tips for all my work. Cant believe you had time to get inkwork done during mission. I hated having new work and wearing my BDU/ACU. What branch are you in? I got a tagalog designator and I wanna do missions to the PI. Do you know any outfits looking for a Medical Officer?

 

Yeah sterilization was fully enforced for all artist on the AOB's by the FST Surgeon. I did hate wearing the uniform out with fresh ink, but it was the only way to get it done. Not sure if USASOC is looking for Medical officers, but it wont hurt to inquire about a position. Im with Civil Affairs, and our AO is South East Asia.

 

Damn sweet, I got hit up to join Civil Affairs last year and was tempted by the HITEMPO deployment and cool missions but I got spoiled being part of AMMED. Did you hear about the tattoo competition being done at Bagrahm? I also heard they used to fly artists to the different FOB's to ink.

 

Nah did not hear about that, but it sounds cool. Hah, I was with AMEDD, stationed at Tripler. I wanted to shoot myself, went to SOCM course and never looked back. I am actually reclassed to a 38B now. Almost impossible to do when you belong to AMEDD, but I got it done, LOL.
