I just committed to this cap sight unseen. It came off an 02 Lunar Mist double cab and will be going on my 02 lunar mist double cab so fitment should not be an issue.

I have the VIN but I can't find anywhere I can look up the VIN to confirm the actual model etc (including the A.R.E. website)

Can anyone point me in the right direction or tell me what model this is?

Exactly what I plan to do Monday. I guess my excitement about finally finding one at a decent price had me too excited to wait till Monday unless absolutely necessary.

i have been looking almost every day in the area for 10 months now. Finally found one so waiting till Monday to find out is no big deal. Was just hoping someone would know.

They can give you everything with the serial number. If you need extra keys ask for the key number too. You can get the keys at any ARE retailer.

It is the z series. I got it for $300 While it is not perfect it will serve the purpose I was looking for (protect and secure my hunting and ice fishing gear for a few months a year). It is a color match with new lift gates. Windows and keys work.

    Issues:
paint is far from perfect with random chips

Painted Trim at corners of rear gate is in rough shape and plastic overhang is broken on the passenger side corner

Wires were cut for tail light
    Screens have minor tears.

How difficult/expensive is it to repair the trim around the rear window?
