Hello there. I am looking into purchasing the trd black wheels
PTR20-35110-BK. I did read that it says these don’t fit my tacoma. I have a 2016 sr5 with 6 threads. Just wanted to confirm. Do these fit properly? And Can I get the installer to transfer the tps sensors to the new Wheels?

Go for it. Probably need new tpms, but I’m not sure what wheels you currently have

Thank you. Did you just have new tps installed when you got yours?

They’ll fit just fine. Have the tire shop swap the TPMS out of your stock wheels and you’ll be golden.

There are lots of threads and posts on these wheels because there are TONS of people running them on their Tacoma (myself included). What size tires are you putting on? The installation manual that comes with those wheels states to run a 265/70/17 only, that's what I did, but you will certainly find people running other sizes (they are 17x7" and 265/65/17 tires from what I've seen all state a minimum 7.5" width wheel). If you are running 265/70/17, whether or not you have any wheel rub seems to depend on the model of tire, whether or not you have the factory air dam and mud flaps, and if your suspension is stock. I have a 2020 Sport Premium with stock suspension, air dam, and mud flaps. I am running Cooper AT3 4S and have no rubbing. Hope this helps!
