Here's few pics. Traded my 2011 TRD Offroad (Red) in for a 2015 TRD Offroad (Black). Getting ready to order nerf bar/steps and tuscon grade katzkins from John Huey.

Entune JBL, steering wheel were nice. I couldn't stand that my 2011 would only bluetooth phone calls yet couldn't stream apps (iheart radio, pandora...etc)

But most importantly... I like having a warranty.
I usually keep a vehicle 2-4 years, then I get bored with it and trade it in on a new/used one. This was too good of a deal to pass up.

Dealer also threw in a gentex 50a rearview mirror and I got to swap my Toyo Opencountry AT2 tires onto this one.... (Just bought them less than 500 miles ago) and they have a 65K warranty on them. Oh and also got to keep my access original tonneau cover and bed mat and the weathertech mats (although I quickly found out they do not fit the grommets on 2015... so will be selling the front mats to get news ones)

looking to get the anthracite 6 spoke FJ wheels to swap out the ones now.. I think those will contrast really nice and give a better stance.... also looking for my nice nerf/side steps and possibly a skip plate.

Got my bars in today... not very happy about the condition. Have never received a package this messed up before. One of the bars have a slight dent and there was no bag containing the installation kit.
I realize these bars will eventually get rock dings and scratches... but man, it sure would be nice if I were the one responsible for those (when they happen)....

Contacted Amazon seller to get a RMA and new set or possibly 15% credited back to me.

Hoping these bars have bolt marks from being test fit.... and they are not someone else's returned bars...

just installed these on my Black PRO,, they were 276.00 last week on Amazon,,, my box was not damaged, took about 5 minutes a side to install.. looks like they were returned,, should not have those marks. someone already installed them. and it looks like without washers, because of the bare metal, bolt turning on bare metal without washer..

thats a US Marine Corps fighting Kabar.

The Amazon store I bought them from refunded 15% back to me plus are shipping an installation kit so I can put them on. As long as they bolt on without issue, I can deal with the condition of them. Fingers crossed they fit properly.

Here are some pics of the new leather skins (John Huey) - katzkins

Notice the rear seats have a different pattern... There is now a seam that runs along the edge of the seat vs the old seats, where the leather folds over the edge to the bottom. The design still looks good to me, but the fit-meant seems a little off on the split part. Its about 3/4 higher on one side.

    This is a picture from my 2011 Taco, to show the difference in patterns on the leather;

This is the start of the new leather on my 2015 Taco
    [IMG]

The corner of the insert is where the difference is and the edge seam.

You can see the height difference on the split... kinda annoying to me. Hoping once the leather goes through a couple heat cycles it will equalize/stretch out like it wants to..???

So while I am waiting on an install kit, I decided to do a test fit and hold the bar up to the underside of the truck. Per the instructions I have read, the short end of the step board should be located to the front of the truck.... well the first 2 brackets line up and the 3rd bracket is over a foot away from factory bolt holes.... so for grins, I took the other nerf bar and not one of the brackets line up.

I think someone swapped out a set of bars and I got their returns.... FML!

yeah... its gonna be one of those kinda weeks'

The leather kit was $1475 (Full leather). There is not any vinyl in my seats. It has front seat heaters and the inserts are the upgraded (softer) tuscon leather (midnight) that is perforated, the rest is ice-grey. I also had contrasting stitching and the TRD logo added. Spent a little more this time for full leather "just because". my last set was vinyl on the back and sides and tuscon everywhere else, I believe that was $1300 or so.

For where the bolt holes are, that would make sense.
I have the company sending out an RMA and a new set.... they are making sure the box is in good condition.

Turns out this was a returned set where someone switched out the bars and put them back in stock... and since this vendor shares a warehouse with other vendors, they can't track down how and where it happened.

...Hopefully the next set are good.
