ProCharger Supercharger

Hi, I have a 2015 Tacoma that is ProCharger supercharged. It was installed about 5k miles ago and life events require me to make it daily driver so I have to pull it back out and sell it. What is a realistic price I should expect to sell it for? The SS is fitted with the helical gear to reduce the noise.

 

Unless you are wanting the money you can daily with the supercharger. There is no reason you cant, it even gets around stock mpg if you stay out of the throttle

 

it's a bit of both, get some money back and not pay for premium gas.

 

Yeah I was gonna say, why not daily it with the supercharger? I don’t have any personal experience but I from researching superchargers in these trucks, it seems like tons of people who have them, have them on their DD rigs.

@hyrule_trd and @Taco1004 were discussing superchargers with me in the MD thread recently, not sure how serious they are about buying one though.

Thanks for the tag, but unfortunately this is probably something that’ll never happen. Also, I’m not sure if a 2nd gen supercharger would work on the 3rd gen.

Hi, just waiting on the shop that installed it to get with me on cost for removing the ProCharger. But I was looking to get $4K out of the system.

 

Does it include a tuner kit?

 

it comes with the tuner that you need to upload the tune from ProCharger.

 

this is a completely different setup, so prices don’t compare.

 

@jrhzn without having it removed and having a complete list of parts and what is missing, it’s hard to set a price.

 

100% agree, it comes with everything, even the spark plugs. As soon as it is out you’ll be able to match the parts list to everything you get from ProCharger.
