    Hey folks!

First of all, thank you all who advised me during this process. It was indeed a mountain of a task. Mostly because of my lack of confidence and lack of experience. But, it's all in, the truck is back together and there are no leaks in the AC system. I recharged the AC myself and it does blow cold air. I know it requires 21(ish) oz of refrigerant. I used 2 x 12 oz cans and intended to only use 10 oz from the second, but I ended up nearly emptying that second can. So, It's probably over 23 oz in the system.

    Now for the problems:

    1) The AC blows cold but it doesn't blow nearly as hard as it should.
    2) When I switch from panel to floor, or floor to panel, there's no change. I still feel floor air when it is set to panel. Defrost seems to work fine.
    3) Bluetooth no longer works and I can't lock or unlock my doors with my keyfob. It doesn't even make that beeping sound. Obviously an issue with whatever sends or receives signals. (maybe I failed to connect a wire)
    4) I did have a few 10mm bolts left over. Hopefully some of those are because I used some that came with the parts.

Again, thank you all for your help!

O man, thats not good. About the only thing you can do is pull the dash and check your work. Hope you took some pics of the wires when you disconnected them.

Sorry for your troubles. I followed your other post there is no way I am going to tear my dash out. LOL. I have the same issue with my AC. I can un bolt the Mode control motor off and plug it in and watch the motor turn, but the shaft that it mounts to is stuck it will not turn at all. I have no idea what would stop the shaft from turning.

I bet you didn't get one of the pins on the blend door arms in the track the actuator attaches to.

Did you check all the wires on the back of the radio?

Did you plug in the Door Control Receiver?

The bluetooth and key fob work now. You were right, I failed to connect it. I still can't solve the problem with the actuator. The pins don't seem to line up properly when the actuator is set to any position. Kinda lost here

You’re probably going to need to pull the dash to double check those pins are in the correct slots. I witness marked mine when I did it so I knew exactly what position they were in when I took them out.

Yeah, I pulled the dash back out. I just can't seem to get the pins aligned. I set the levers to blow through the panel vents then turned the actuator to panel while it was detached hoping it would line up but it didn't. Maybe the actuator motor is bad?

I think I got it. I must have re-assembled the actuator and those pins wrong when I did it the first time. I removed that "track" thing and aligned it with the pins, then turned the motor to where it would line up with the "track". It works now. Hopefully it will still work after I put it back together.

I notice a big difference in the volume of air flow with the cabin air filter vs without it. I installed the filter with the arrow pointing up and also with it down. No noticeable difference either way but without the filter there's a big difference.

All put back together and IT WORKS! I'm certain I put too much refrigerant in it. I have no idea how that may affect the operation of the AC. I'll do more research, if necessary, I'll bring it to a shop to have some taken out safely. I haven't been able to connect to the bluetooth but I haven't put a whole lot of effort into that. Key fob works.

I appreciate all the help! I'm looking forward to the next project. Maybe brakes? New head unit?

Great idea! I bought my truck when it had 70,000 miles on it. It has 125000 now and I don't know if they've ever been changed!

I do not want that! I won't use the AC again until I get it to a shop. Thank you!

I took my truck to a shop yesterday and had the AC lines vacuumed and recharged. I got a little drive time in today and I noticed inconsistent cooling. Seems that it'll go from really cold to only kinda cold without making any manual adjustments. Also noticed a little odor which I hope is from all the new parts. Quite a bit of condensation dripping on the ground and also on the passenger side floor. I don't notice a difference when in recirculate mode. Any ideas?

Are those differences dependent on speed? The faster your going results in more airflow over the condenser. While your stopped, its normal to experience a slight rise in temp, at least from personal experience.
