Pro Stick versus Firestick CB Antennas

    Hi, are the Prostick antennas any good, or should I just get the Firestick antenna.

    I have used the Firestick before but trying to stretch my upgrade dollars.

    Specifically the Larsen NMO27.

    Advantage being: the coax (antenna cable) is out of sight, between the headliner and roof, behind paneling, coming out where you want it; protected from damage. And the performance gains - night and day over anything that's a clamp on.

    Closeup of the mounting, as you can see it's through the roof without any dangly bits.

    Scale pic using an L bracket type "lip mount", same cable/base as above. The performance here will suffer tremendously when compared with the setup above.
