Thoughts? Anyone have a photos of grill on your SR5? Worth it? I love the look but don’t want to deal with peoples comments.

Literally not a single person on this earth will ever give you a comment about your toyota grill.
Do what you want to your vehicle. All stock tacos look the same anyway.

Just be advised there are small screws keeping that chrome bezel around the actual grill itself, dont just go yanking on it when u go to swap the SR5 grill out for the Pro.... not speaking from experience at all :anonymous:

90% of tacomas with pro grilles aren't even on pros. It'll look normal like every other tacoma

From what Ive seen the SR5 crowd use their trucks more like trucks than the Pro crowd anyway

Could you expand about wanting People's thoughts but not their comments? I'm really not sure what format you would prefer your reply to be in.

Or you could clarify whether you are asking if they are compatible (yes) or you are wanting opinions (yuck) or you are wanting validation (sure, go ahead.)

I was pleasantly surprised that their garnish didn't have a huge glare. I still had to install all of the letters by hand (the horror) and the remove the non-TSS garnish to install their garnish.

For $120 with no glare on the garnish, I can’t complain.

Screw other people's comments - it's your truck
Exhibit A: other people's comments - "real off roaders do not put nipple rings on the front of their Tacos"
Me - "then don't put them on the front of your Taco if you care. I don't care and I like the nipple rings on the front of my truck so if you don't like them the go . . . . uh, whatever.
Anyway there is nothing wrong with a Pro grill - they are pretty nice. I wanted something a bit different that didn't look "stock" so went with the X-trek grill and put on Tacoma letters. (see Exhibit A:)
